When it is convenient for you, come to explore, even for only a weekend. You will be given the “grand tour”, and guided to properties that meet your program requirements. My experience as an Architect will enable me to point out some of the less obvious good and bad features of the properties we preview. You will get objective advice – not sales hype.

Real estate auctions present special opportunities. I do the research, and frequently act as a surrogate buyer with limited power of attorney for a buyer who cannot attend.

I am also familiar with tax deferred 1031 exchanges which can benefit you if you plan to sell income producing property in one area, and wish to buy similar income producing property in another.

As a licensed Realtor and member of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) with full access to the MLS, I will do a comparative market analysis of the properties that interest you and give you an opinion of value.

Should you decide to make an offer, I will, with your input, help negotiate the price and terms with the seller that are favorable to you, draft the purchase agreement, and coordinate the inspections and other details through closing.
